Wanna Get Involved?
There are loads of fun ways to get involved with BEANS USY! The first thing you should do is check out our upcoming programs in the calendar section. Not a member? Go to the Join BEANS USY page for intructions on how to become a member, and the membership forms.
The next thing to do to get involved on the inside is to check out the CHAPTER GENERAL BOARD page, and see all the positions available. Unfortunately, many positions are filled up, but many are still open.
Are you a writer, cartoonist, or computer savvy fellow? Then try out the BEANsTALK, our chapter’s newsletter, we are always looking for more writers, and staff members.
Also, add “BEANSInfo” to your buddy list, which will inform you about all upcoming events.
Don’t forget to check out the FORUM to contribute any ideas you have about the CGB. The FORUM is a great way to communicate your ideas about the chapter, which we will definitely consider. You can also just chat with your buds on our forum, and have fun. But surely check it out (*members and potential members only*) to voice ANY idea you have that will help improve our chapter, or to ask ANY question about our chapter.
You can also help out with the Kosher Kandy Korner, the fabulous program we have on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4:45 pm, in which two USYers sell delicious candy to the Hebrew School children. Not only is it a blast, but it also raises a significant amount of money for our charitable Tikun Olam fund.
